i humbly appeal to your expertise...
i am looking for some simple 2D animation software for mac OSX that will let me draw things (like crude looking animals and planets etc.), animate those drawings (e.g. have a giraffe float through space or move across a landscape etc.), and sync it all to music.
kind of like this: www.youtube.com/watch
but with the option of moving the drawings around
i have zero animation experience.

Mon, November 26, 2007 - 6:05 AMIt looks like the video link used Flash to create it. Flash would let you do all of the items you requested (and many more), Plus it pretty user freindly in the drawing tools. -

That specific youtube video could even have been done with Photoshop or MS Paint as separate images and edited together in a video-editing software.
